- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Generate analytics, insights, and recommendations for your Shopify apps;

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Ranksy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- We only request the minimal scopes necessary to provide our core functionality (analytics and reporting).
- We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties, except as required to operate or improve the Service or as required by law.
- Access to Google data is read-only; we never alter or delete your Google Analytics or BigQuery data.
5. Shopify Partners API Data
When you connect your Shopify Partner account, we retrieve app events, transactional, and usage metrics via the Shopify Partners API. This information is used solely to calculate financial metrics and performance analytics shown within the Service. We do not disclose or sell this data to third parties.

- Service Providers: Trusted vendors performing services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, customer support) who are bound by contractual privacy obligations.

Ranksy is headquartered in the Netherlands, and your information may be processed and stored in servers located within the European Union or other jurisdictions. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for cross-border data transfers as required by applicable law.
