An appeal needs a list you can’t get
On July 6, Shopify started removing App Store reviews it judged low-trust. Some apps lost a handful. Others lost dozens. A Shopify PM and a Shopify developer advocate have both told affected developers the same thing in public replies: appeal by sending support a list of the reviews you want reconsidered. But Shopify’s dashboard doesn’t show which reviews are gone. Without an outside record of your listing, you can’t write that list.
